What You'll Get To Do:
Support the sales and business development of Lithium Ion Batteries for the mobility and storage segments:
This position is involved in all stages of the customer’s development lifecycle and experienced using various methods of communications to connect with customers. We are looking for dynamic team players who eventually can acquire deep knowledge of battery pack technology and become independent at building technical presentations, leading product demonstrations, and educating customers, from working-level engineers to executive leadership, on the best way to support current and next-gen pack development
General Sales:
- Leading technical meetings with top OEM and other customers in the e-mobility space and ESS space by coordinating internal team members and customer representatives.
- Responsible for sales and technical support to maintain and acquire business. Establishes close relationship with customers and follows-up on customer needs and requests.
Communication:
- Communicating with customer’s pack engineering and supply chain management teams to develop new battery packs.
- Maintain communication with factories, sales management. Monitors and analyzes account developments, trends and progress as well as ensures customer support.
Education and Experience:
- Requires Bachelor’s degree in Electrochemical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other battery-related fields.
- Two more years relevant experience required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office .
- Skill and know-how regarding lithium-ion battery pack engineering through working in battery pack manufacturing or research industries preferred
- Fluency in English, Hindi language including speaking, reading is strongly preferred.
- Ability to travel as required of the position
- Must demonstrate a strong work ethics and a strong desire to learn and advance in the battery and electrification space
